You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app. Do not misuse the service (e.g., reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or violating laws/rights).

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service features.

5. AI features

AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

6. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your residence remain unaffected.
